• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• The member's account must have sufficient real money balance for a withdrawal; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus making the total balance ৳2,000; to make the bonus withdrawable, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility rules, which must be read before accepting an offer.
• Bonus funds can be used to place bets, but cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering is completed.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time unless the relevant offer states otherwise.

Transaction Review
